As an Army wife, Maggie Beseda has had her fair share of moves around the country. Maggie has worked with buyers and sellers relocating both locally and nationally to fulfill their home ownership dreams.
"When I work with clients, I consider myself to be joining their team. We work together to achieve their goals whether it be buying their dream home or listing and selling their home or both," she said. Waco is home to Maggie's husband Steve who is an active duty Army Officer stationed in Fort Hood, Texas. Maggie was glad to make their last move and settle back in Waco to raise their three children.
It seemed that Maggie was destined to join the real estate field since she was the daughter of a real estate developer overseas. "I was always enchanted by how a raw piece of land could be turned into a beautiful home where families could live and love for generations," she recalled.
Even though real estate was always the family business, Maggie had ambitions of her own. She completed a bachelor's degree in business administration and embarked on her dream to become a commercial helicopter pilot. When asked how being a pilot compares to being a realtor, she said, "As a pilot, I had to be knowledgeable, focused and make the right decision every single time - lives depended on it! I bring this same duty of care to my clients and their home ownership journey."
Maggie jokes that sometimes she hovers more over real estate transactions than she ever hovered as a helicopter pilot! Maggie believes a home is a legacy which shapes not just the owners but their families for generations. That is why she works so diligently with her clients to find their dream home and navigate smoothly to the closing table. She brings this same duty of care to her clients as she helps them through every stage of their home ownership journey.
